Tap the small grey “Grown-ups” key in the top corner of the island and answer the grown-up question. You can also sign in on the website with the same email.

In the Parent Hub, open Kids, pick a kid and set their daily limit (10, 20, 30, 45, 60minutes, or off) and bedtime. The app picks up the change the next time it's online.

In the app, open the Parent Hub, choose Plan, then Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple account you bought it with.

Bought it on the website? Sign in to the app's Parent Hub with the same email you used on the website. Still stuck? Email us with the email address on your account.

App Store plans: open Settings on your iPad or iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ooli. Website plans: sign in to the Parent Hub, choose Plan, then Change, update card or cancel. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for.

For App Store purchases, Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. For website purchases, email us and we'll help.

Sign in to the Parent Hub and choose Privacy. You can delete one kid, take back consent (which deletes every kid's synced data), or delete your whole account. Deleted data is gone within 30 days. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Codes arrive within a minute or two. Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the email address is spelled right. You can ask for a new code after a minute.

Close the app fully and open it again, and check for an update in the App Store. If it still isn't right, email us what happened, which game, and your device. Screenshots help.
