Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. The free version has no time limit on how long you can use it.
Where do I buy it?
In the app, behind the grown-ups gate, or here on the website from the Parent Hub. Either way it's the same plan: sign in with the same email and it unlocks everywhere.
How do I cancel?
Any time. App Store plans are cancelled in Settings on your iPad or iPhone (tap your name, then Subscriptions). Website plans are cancelled in the Parent Hub under Plan. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for.
Will my kid ever be asked to buy something?
Never. Kids never see a price, a coin or a paywall. Stickers and buddy outfits are earned by playing, never sold. The only purchase is this plan, and only a grown-up can make it.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com. For website purchases, email support@playfulintelligence.co and we'll sort it out.
